I made a spot for the computer and I attached a black blanket with velcro to cover the back. I also made sure the stand won’t fall forward.

Scrum
We used scrum exclusively for the first 3 sprints. And the beginning of the 4th, but when we where heading for the end it didn’t work out. In the first 3 weeks we used it as planning and overview on who did what. This worked to an extend but not always as good. We got distracted during the standups and communication wasn’t always that good. We improved over the weeks however. In the beginning of the 4th sprint we started out with a scrum page. I altered it a couple of times and devised a system. However over time this became more of a nuisance than a help, so I started to make custom planning pages and made sure I knew what everyone was working on. We still had meetings to talk about our tasks, what still needs to happen and such, but in the last few days we haven’t used the vivivy board at all. I don’t really mind since I think this worked better for the last few days. I had a good overview and everyone did what they were supposed to do. The installation works and we have achieved a lot these last days. To go or not to go
Today was the final assessment of our installation and deciding whether we can exhibit it.
Every day we worked really hard with the whole team. Every day from 9 till 18/19pm and then at home. We were all really tired every day but finally, we are really proud of our installation.
The teachers said that we made very good progress, they also said what to improve and fix, but most important: they let us exhibit our project. This game works and we have a ‘go’ from teachers. We are really excited and had a really good time with the team. The atmosphere was most of the time nice and we worked all hard. We’ve all worked very hard the last few days and I can honestly say that I’m proud of each of us and I love my team.

Building and mounting the button mount
Vasil made and painted the button mount and we all worked on attaching it.

Testing and bug fixing
The title sums it up. There’s been a lot of testing and uncovering problems with it. Even tho I’m not a programmer, I did what I could to help Izabella figuring out a problem where the program loaded the wrong sounds.

One last VO
We had to change the voice over for the introduction of the installation. So Thom and I changed the lines a bit and re-recorded it.
New Introduction Interface Video
Thom and Øyvind recorded another version of the introduction since we got the feedback that our recent intro wasn’t clear enough.
They have changed the order of things they explained and went a little bit more in depth with it.
Painting the installation
Today I painted the installation following Jay-Cee’s design. Vasil helped me trace the curving lines with adhesive paper and Oyvind helped me on one of the lines.
Finishing and publishing the promo.
I animated the remaining shot when the 2D planets were done and worked on the transitions between the shots. After checking with the others I uploaded it to the Facebook page and assigned the Call to Action button to it.
Sanding the top to level it out
I sanded the installation on the top to make it leveled so the ting would fit properly on it.
Project Fat
